Resetting Your Forgotten Password

 
Summary

TagMatiks Wedge uses a username / password for authentication. If you need to reset your password in case you have forgotten it, follow the steps below.

Pre-requisites

An existing account for TagMatiks Wedge is required to reset your password.

Resetting your password

• You’ll need to be on the login page to reset your password. Click on the Forgot Password text.

Figure 1: click on the Forgot Password text.

• This will bring you to the Password Reset page. If your email isn’t already populated, enter it in and click on the Send Access Code button.

• An automated email will be sent to your registered email. Enter the access code onto the page. After successfully entering the access code, you’ll be able to create a new password. Please note the password requirements below:

• An automated email will be sent to your registered email. Enter the access code onto the page.

  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one number
  • At least 6 characters

With your new password, you should be able to login to TagMatiks Wedge.
