Troubleshoot TagMatiks Wedge Offline Connectivity

 
Summary

The TagMatiks Wedge application allows users to log in without an internet connection up to five times.

After the fifth attempt, if you try to log in again without internet access, the application will display an alert message "You have reached the maximum number of offline connects. Please reconnect to the Internet to proceed" ,as shown below in Fig 0.1.

To troubleshoot the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that your device is connected to the internet via your network or a local connection , as shown in Fig 0.2.

Fig 0.2 :- Turn on the Internet connection.

2. Once connected, try logging into the TagMatiks Wedge application again. You should now be able to access the application successfully , as shown in Fig 0.3
